What is the texture like?
I'd describe the texture of this as being like that of a slightly whipped cream.

Is it scented?
This has a fresh, clean, soapy scent.

My overall experience/comments on the product:
I find it interesting how, when I suggest this to folks as a light daytime moisturizer that they respond with "how is it going to moisturize my skin? It's just a sunscreen..." but as you all can see from the ingredients this is not "just a sunscreen." I have to say that I like it but I find the texture can be a bit thick for my skin and that, overall, despite having the large amount of oils that this does that, ultimately, my skin doesn't FEEL super moisturized when using this. It's a nice sunscreen and I'm sure I'd like the way it felt if it were hotter and more humid I'm just kind of meh about it right now, especially given its high price point. I absolutely ADORE that the brand is committed to using cleaner, high-quality ingredients instead of filler junk like mineral oil but alas.
