Mascara Review: Isehan KISSME Heroine Make Long UP Black Mascara Super WP #01

Today I will be reviewing the KISSME Heroine Make Long UP Mascara Super WP #01 in Black.

Would I buy this again?: No. 

Notes: This mascara comes in black and brown, both are waterproof.

Let's go over what the mascara's supposed to do and what it actually does. According to kissme-usa.com:

Honestly, I find this mascara to be alright, but there's several reasons affecting why I won't be purchasing this again. The first is, as you can see from the above photo, this doesn't really help curl my lashes - now I'm unsure whether you're meant to curl the lashes with a curler first to help the mascara "lock it in" but that's not indicated anywhere in the instructions. Generally my lashes tend to be curly as is (although the day I photographed them, they clearly weren't even curling) so I don't bother, I also generally glue falsies on. As always, this isn't giving me a dramatic effect where I'd wear it alone without wearing falsies. I know you might ask why I wear mascara under falsies and that's because I find it helps anchor the falsies to the lash-line and also keeps glue from getting in my eyes. Additionally, I don't like that there are fibers in this mascara, I feel like they get in my eyes and are irritating. Even if they don't, I'm paranoid that they will. Lastly, removing this, possibly because it's waterproof is an absolute pain! Even when I seem to have really gotten into the lashes and lash-line with both my oil-based makeup remover and my Makeup Eraser, this will leave behind residue that gives me racoon eyes the next day - so I'll wake up to an unpleasant surprise. I can understand that if you need something long-wearing, this might be a good option, but I didn't find that it worked great for me. So while I tried this because it seems to be a fairly hyped up mascara, this was a one and done situation.

Ok folksickles! I'm back to replenishing on things that I'm running out of and buying mostly just necessities.

1. one+other Pro-Strength nail Polish Remover Dip: My current dip is getting super gross, isn't working too well, and is falling apart inside (meaning the plastic) so I went ahead and got a new one.

2. Duo Quick-Set Striplash Adhesive: My lash glue is getting all thick and goopy so it's time to replace it.

3.  CALA Eye Adore Lashes in Wispy: I ran out of lashes as well so I decided to pick these up. 

4. Physicians Formula Eye Booster Waterproof Ultra-Fine Liquid Eyeliner: We all know this eyeliner is my holy grail and because the one I'm currently using is drying up, I have purchased a replenishment.

5. Compliment Lychee and Peach Clay Face Mask: I'm running low on the masks I'm currently using and since I like the lavender and blueberry variant of these masks I decided to try this out.

6. Compliment Banana and Guava Clay Face Mask: I purchased this for the same reasons I purchased the mask in the lines above. 

7. Isehan KISSME Heroine Make Long UP Mascara Super WP #01 in Black: I saw something online wherein the person using this mascara said it was great at holding a curl, was separating/defining, lengthening, and gives volume so I decided to give it a try.  

8. e.l.f. Shadow Lock Eyelid Primer in Sheer: I was running out of my primer and since Alexandra Anele said she really liked this one, and it was on sale at CVS anyway, I decided to just go ahead and give it a try.

9. SENKA Perfect Whip Beauty Foam x2: I wasn't exactly running low on my cleanser but since SENKA Perfect Whip Collagen in Perfect Face Cleansing Foam is one of my absolute favorite cleansers of all time, I decided to pick these up since they were on sale. There's only one in the photograph because I forgot to photograph them both, but I bought two since it was 2 for $12. 

10. COSRX Advanced Snail Peptide Eye Cream: I was running low on my current eye cream and since I love the COSRX Snail 96 Mucin Power Essence so much and found that my current eye cream wasn't as hydrating as I'd have wanted it to be, I picked this up and am loving it so far.

Isehan KISSME Heroine Make Smooth 01 Jet Black Liquid Eyeliner Super Keep Review

Today's eyeliner review is going to be on the KISSME Heroine Make Smooth Liquid Eyeliner Super Keep in 01 Jet Black.

I have this on the upper lash-line

Availability: This ranges from around $11 - $20 and is available at kissme-usa.com and yesstyle.com.

Would I buy this? I'm not sure. 

Notes: I'd say that this is a matte black. It's waterproof and stays put nicely (about 8-11 hours). It glides on very easily. The tip is actually super fine which makes it very easy to create a thin cat-eye. I really like that. To a certain extent, I'm not to using such a fine tip so it's taking me a little bit of adjusting but overall I like the product.

Ok folksickles! Look at me for a change, only buying essentials.  

1. Seche Vite dry fast top coat: I ran out of my topcoat and haven't used this in a hot minute so I decided to purchase it and see if I still liked it like I used to,. 

2. Maybelline Color Tattoo in 15 Front Runner: Given that I have recently run out of MAC Bare Study Pro Longwear Paint Pot and am near running out of Laura Mercier Rose Gold Caviar Stick Eye Color in addition to the fact that I use my nude eyeshadow bases more than any other color I decided to go out and find what they had at the drugstore where it was surprisingly difficult to find a pinkish nude champagne shade but alas this is the closest I was able to get. It's still more yellowish than I wanted but it'll work. 

3. KISS ME Heroine Make Smooth Liquid Eyeliner Super Keep in 01 Jet Black: It was time for me to purchase a new eyeliner and I was at my local Teso Life so I figured why not try something new - I remember seeing these at Asian supermarkets/beauty stores in the past and meaning to try them and then they'd escape my mind so I just grasped my opportunity. I figured for $11 I might as well. 

3.Duo Brush On Striplash Adhesive in Clear x2: It was also time for me to repurchase my lash glue and since this was on a buy one, get one 50% off I decided to just buy two because I figured I'll need to replace it at some point anyway.
