Hello folksickles. Today's review will be for A'pieu Lactobacillus Moisturizing Toner.

Would I buy this?: Probably not.

What is the texture like?

I'd describe the texture as being ever so slightly thicker than water. 

Is it scented?

This has a slightly powdery, soapy, floral scent. 

My overall experience/comments on the product:
This toner leaves my skin feeling very soft and silky, kind of like a rose petal. I find that it sort of has a very light exfoliating property to it. Overall I like the way that it makes my skin feel but I don't love its smell or consistency so I probably won't be purchasing this again.
