Would I buy this?: Possibly.

What is this product designed to address?

Enriched with as much as 30% hydrolyzed marine collagen and baobab leaf mucus, this concentrated moisturizer intensively hydrates skin, making it softer and more youthful-looking. Massage evenly over face after cleansing and toning and pat gently to finish. Best for everyday use.

Glycerin: Helps attract moisture to the skin.
Adansonia Digitata Seed Oil and Adansonia Digitata Fruit Extract: Has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.
Kaolin: Absorbs excess oil and sebum without drying out the skin.
Hydrolyzed Collagen: Has antioxidant properties.
Tocopherol (Vitamin E): Has antioxidant properties.

What is the texture like?
This has a gel-cream texture that feels cooling and refreshing when applied. 

Is it scented?
This has an herbaceous, tea-like scent. 

My overall experience/comments on the product:
Overall I really like the texture of this, how lightweight and refreshing it is while providing my skin with a lot of moisture.
