Skincare Concerns: Fine Lines and Wrinkles, Pores, and Uneven Texture

This product is also vegan, cruelty-free, and gluten-free, comes in recyclable packaging.
What Else You Need to Know: This gentle powder exfoliates, leaving the skin looking smoother and brighter. The formula activates upon contact with water, foaming into a creamy paste and releasing papain, salicylic acid, and rice actives. It reduces the appearance of wrinkles, uneven skin tone, and hyper-pigmentation while a soothing blend of green tea and colloidal oatmeal calms the look of redness.

Does it contain any special/beneficial ingredients?
Once again, according to sephora.com:
- Licorice, Grapefruit, and Phytic Acid from Rice Bran: Visibly even skin tone, leaving your skin looking glowing and smooth.
- Papain Enzymes and Salicylic Acid: Draw out excess oil and improve the look of skin‘s texture and pores.
- Colloidal Oatmeal: Hydrates and helps reduce the appearance of redness. -Salicylic Acid: Clears clogged pores, draws out excess oil, promotes cell turn over, and refines skin texture.
-Ginkgo: A natural cleanser that protects the skin and helps reduce the appearance of fine lines; also clears clogged pores and works well for people with sensitive skin.

What is the texture like?
I'd describe the texture as being very fine-grit, it's definitely "scrubby" feeling but it's an INCREDIBLY soft exfoliation. I love that it gives you the benefit of both a physical and chemical exfoliator while being fairly gentle. Unless your skin is super sensitive, gets inflamed easily, or you're allergic to any of the ingredients in this, I'd say it's very gentle. It also foams up when mixed with water.

Is this scented?
This doesn't really have much of a scent.

What has my experience with the product been like?
Frankly folks I wish this was just a tiny bit scrubbier, I can tell why they claim that this is a "daily" use product. That being said, I don't like to use exfoliators, let alone physical ones, on a daily basis - I think it's just too abrasive for the skin and can cause irritation and inflammation. It's an alright product and leaves my skin feeling very soft but it's just not my favorite.
