What is this product designed to address?

According to beautyhabit.com this is what the product is and what it does:
Purpose: Cleanse and Detoxify

Skin Type: Fabulous for Mature, Dry, Normal, Combination
This treatment cleanser removes all surface impurities, delivering a deep cleanse while respecting the skin barrier and energizing the skin.

Inspired by Odacité founder’s trip to Japan, The Green Ceremony Cleanser applies to skin the four founding principles of the tea ceremony:
PURITY: Formulated with powder-to-foam efficacy to free your skin from contaminants and pollutants. Odacite paired honey and sodium bicarbonate for a remarkable purifying effect, removing excess dirt, oil and dead skin, helping to treat acne-prone skin & reducing breakouts, while revitalizing tired skin.
RESPECT: Using a gentle foam derived from coconuts - also known as baby soap - this cleanser removes all surface impurities, while respecting the delicate ecosystem of the skin. The high chlorophyll content of Matcha acts as a powerful detoxifier, leaving your skin dirt-free, fresh and never tight.
HARMONY: Concentrated Aloe Vera powder helps to calm any skin inflammation and redness, while Matcha + Spirulina offer their potent antioxidants to help reverse free radical damage and maintain fresh, youthful skin.
TRANQUILITY: Take a moment to reconnect with yourself and discover a few minutes of much-needed tranquility. Through the pleasure of transforming powder-to-foam and the delicious effect of massaging it into your skin, create calm amid daily stress.

Does it contain any special/beneficial ingredients?
Again, according to beautyhabit.com:
Premium Grade Matcha" Working as both a detoxifier and formidable antioxidant source, Matcha has the power to create a radiantly clean and glowing complexion. A remarkable, safe detox for both acne and aging, this extraordinarily premium Matcha bursts with chlorophyll, which removes harmful toxins and fights free radicals that damage cells.
Spirulina: Spirulina is an anti-aging genius with superpowers, containing 200 life-essential nutrients - proteins, vitamins, minerals, amino acids, peptides and fatty acids - that help restore skin health and minimize fine lines and wrinkles around your eyes and mouth. As an extra bonus, Spirulina also helps correct UV damage.
Honey: Honey is blessed with extraordinary antibacterial, soothing and moisturizing properties, making it a wonder for creating a healthy, fresh complexion. Full of antioxidants, Honey is also a great helper at slowing down the aging process and its natural humectant properties attract and retain moisture, helping your skin to stay hydrated and glowing.
Baby Foam: Also referred to as Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate (SCI), Baby Foam is an extremely gentle surfactant derived from coconuts. Mild enough for baby cleanser, SCI respects the skin barrier, never disturbing the delicate balance of the skin while offering very efficient cleansing.
Aloe Vera: With more than 200 biologically active ingredients, Aloe Vera is one of the most sought-after ingredients for those serious about optimum skin health. Aloe Vera hydrates and rejuvenates your skin while offering its soothing and healing properties.
Baking Soda + Citric Acid: Working in synergy as a great exfoliating agent, Baking Soda and Citric Acid unclog pores, eliminate dead skin cells and remove excess dirt and oil, preventing breakouts and keeping skin clear and healthy. This ingredient pair also has an amazing effect on scars and acne.

What is the texture like?
This has a cream (not in a hydrating way though), foamy texture with just a bit of grit from the baking soda.

Is it scented?
This smells like matcha powder... because that's kind of what it is.

My overall experience/comments on the product:
Alright dear reader, I'm unsure of how familiar any given person reading this is with matcha grades. For cooking I typically like to purchase premium grade culinary matcha, although ceremony is available its price point is a bit high, especially because I like to DUMP in a bunch of matcha when I bake as I feel its flavor becomes less pronounced in baking.
Anyhow, this has ceremonial grade matcha in it - the highest quality. It smells absolutely incredible and makes me crave matcha everything - I love matcha so much so I'm happy to smell this! In fact, so much so that when I had just a gift-with-purchase sample of this I used it twice daily... apparently you're only supposed to use this 3x/week or, at most, every other day. That said, although I'm dry I didn't find that daily use harmed my skin in any way or dried it out. This cleanser leaves me feeling squeaky clean yet hydrated and refreshed, no tight or itchy feeling. It also leaves me with a beautiful glow. Overall, I love this cleanser and would highly recommend it; I just wish the price point was more approachable but I can understand, due to the use of ceremonial grade matcha among the other ingredients, why it's not. Due to it being in powdered form it certainly lasts a very long time though so I do believe that if you love matcha like I do, it's worth treating yourself to it every once in a while.
