Today's eyeliner review is going to be on the Rare Beauty Perfect Strokes Matte Liquid Eyeliner.
Availability: This retails at $19 for 0.03 oz. (0.09 mL) and is exclusive to sephora.com and jcpenny.com along with their physical store locations.
Would I buy this? No.
Notes: I'd say that this is a matte black. It's waterproof and stays put nicely (about 8 - 11 hours). It glides on very easily. Overall it's a nice product, but I don't like how thick the brush tip is because it makes it more difficult to create a precise, thin line.
