Clean at Sephora
Clean at Sephora is formulated without a list of over 50 ingredients, including sulfates (SLS and SLES), parabens, phthalates, and more.

Does it contain any special/beneficial ingredients?
According to sephora.com:
-Yerba Mate and Guayusa: Highly caffeinated extracts accelerate the formula performance for radiant skin in just one use.
-Papain (Papaya) and Bromelain (Pineapple): Active enzymes break down the dead skin cells to smooth skin texture.
-Bamboo and Diatomaceous Earth: Sustainable, physical micro-exfoliants resurface skin’s texture.

What is the texture like?
I'd describe the texture as creamy small-grain sand. It certainly feels exfoliating physically but it's soft.

Is this scented?
The scent of this is borderline yeast-y and sweet. It smells like a baked good that's still raw.

What has my experience with the product been like?
Personally I really love that this is a combination of both physical and chemical exfoliants - it provides you with the gentleness of a chemical exfoliant with the scrubby feel of a physical one but even so, it feels scrubby in a comfortable way, not like you're going at your skin violently. It leaves my skin feeling super smooth and soft. Several of my friends have said it was a messy product, especially to wash off, personally I apply a thin layer with a flat foundation brush and then wash it off at the sink without any issues, maybe the secret is in applying a thin layer. I find that a thin layer gives me enough scrubbing power.

Please let me know if you have any questions or comments.

Disclaimer: I bought this myself.
