Would I buy this again?: yes.

Notes: I'd describe this as a pastel minty blue-green cream.  It goes on easily and is opaque within 2 coats. I found that it wore fairly well for about 5 days which is fairly typical of a good nail polish.

Does this contain any special/beneficial ingredients?
Once again, according to beautyhabit.com:

Glycerin: Helps draws moisture into the skin.
Carica Papaya (Papaya*) Leaf Exract, Carica Papaya (Papaya*) Fruit Extract,Ananas Cosmosus (Pineapple*) Fruit Extract: All contain enzymes that assist in exfoliating the skin. Papaya is a good source of Vitamin A, while pineapple is a good source of Vitamin C. Vitamin A acts to speed up skin regeneration while Vitamin C assists in providing radiance and glow as well as assisting in collagen production.

Curcuma Longa (Turmeric) Extract: Has anti-inflammatory and radiance-boosting properties.
Coralina Officinalis (Seaweed) Extract: Rich in minerals.

What is the texture like?
This has a gel texture to it..

Is this scented?
This has an intense rose scent to it - like a concentrate of fresh cut roses. If you don't like the way roses smell I can tell you to steer clear of this product.

What has my experience with the product been like?
This does a fantastic job of leaving my skin feeling really soft and smooth after I rinse it off and I feel like it provides really gentle exfoliation. However, I personally think it's too pricey for what it is, if it was to give me some kind of incredible glow and noticeable pore shrinking then I'd consider it but this did alright.

Please let me know if you have any comments or questions.

This has a an extremely faint lilac scent.

My overall experience/comments on the product:
I really liked this eye cream because it goes on feeling very refreshing which is nice if your eyes are feeling tired or puffy. That said, I think it's really pricey for just something that feels nice to apply.

Lip Color Review: Rare Beauty Inspire Lip Soufflé Matte Lip Cream

Rare Beauty Lip Soufflé Matte Lip Cream in Inspire

Availability: This is exclusive to rarebeauty.com, jcpenny.com, and sephora.com as well as the latter's physical locations. It retails at $20 for 3.9 mL (0.13 oz.).
Would I buy this again? Possibly.
Notes: This is described as a bright red; I'd say this is an orange-based red.  This goes on opaque with a comfortable matte finish - it genuinely feels lightweight and non-drying on the lips but I still suggest putting this and similar products over top of a lip balm for both the comfort of your lips and to keep the lip color looking smooth.

Please let me know if you have any comments or questions.

Disclaimer: I purchased this myself.

Lip Color Review: Rare Beauty Courage Lip Soufflé Matte Lip Cream

Rare Beauty Lip Soufflé Matte Lip Cream in Courage

Availability: This is exclusive to rarebeauty.com, jcpenny.com, and sephora.com as well as the latter's physical locations. It retails at $20 for 3.9 mL (0.13 oz.).
Would I buy this again? Probably not.
Notes: This is described as a nude mauve and I'd agree. Personally I find this pulls just a touch too brown for my personal liking. This goes on opaque with a comfortable matte finish - it genuinely feels lightweight and non-drying on the lips but I still suggest putting this and similar products over top of a lip balm for both the comfort of your lips and to keep the lip color looking smooth.

Please let me know if you have any comments or questions.

Notes: This is described as a perfect universal red and I have to agree with that because literally I've seen multiple people on Youtube wear it and it looked incredible on everyone - I had to have it! This goes on opaque with a satin matte finish.  It's such a lovely power red and one I suggest checking out if you're in the market for a red lipstick.

Mascara Review: Chantecaille Faux Cils Longest Lash Mascara

Alright folksickles...

Today I will be reviewing the Chantecaille Faux Cils Longest Lash Mascara

Sans Mascara:
With Mascara:
Availability: This retails for $72 on bluemercury.com, saksfithavenue.com, bloomingdales.com, nordstrom.com, and neimanmarcus.com along with their physical store locations.
Would I buy this?: No.
Notes: This mascara comes in just the black.
Let's go over what the mascara's supposed to do and what it actually does. According to bluemercury.com: The newest lash peptide technology has now been added to the original, sought-after Faux Cils formula. The powerful lash peptide helps enhance the appearance of natural lash length, thickness and fullness. The formula features the non-clumping, double helix brush to comb and feather lashes for defined volume.
Alright so I'm sure you can see from the photographs that this mascara certainly does give my lashes a boost in length and a bit of volume as well. I mean you know I'm all about the falsies but I actually really like the idea of this mascara if I was going for a more natural look as it makes my natural lashes look really nice. I didn't have any issues with this mascara flaking or smudging. I just genuinely can't justify the price point on this mascara as there are other options with peptides at less than half the price.

Please let me know if you have any questions or comments. Thanks!

NARS Via Veneto High-Pigment Longwear Eyeliner Review

Today's eyeliner review is going to be on NARS High-Pigment Longwear Eyeliner in Via Veneto

I have this on as my shadow base, on the upper lash line, and on the waterline
AvailabilityThis retails at $24 for 0.04 oz. at sephora.com, bluemercury.com, jcpenny.com, macys.com, nordstrom.com, narscosmetics.com, and ulta.com along with their physical store/boutique locations.
Would I buy this? No.
Notes: I'd say that this is a matte black. This isn't waterproof, just putting it out there - but does stay put nicely (about 8-11 hours). It glides on very easily. Overall I think it's a good product but the pricing is steep for just a black eyeliner. In addition, it's soft to the point where it's difficult to get this to go on precise if you're not willing to use it with an eyeliner brush; hence I didn't even attempt to do winged eyeliner with it in the above photograph.

Please let me know if you have any comments or questions.
