All my garbage of the month! :D
Sheet Masks Galore:
Nature Republic Real Nature Mask Sheet in Acai: I found this mask to be really hydrating - it left my skin very soft and smooth.
A'Pieu Chocolate Milk Air Pocket Sheet: This was alright, it's nicely hydrating and leaves my skin feeling smooth but I wish it smelled like chocolate.
Nature Republic Real Nature Mask Sheet in Chamomile: A really nice, lightly hydrating mask - it does smell like chamomile which is nice and soothing as well.
SK II Facial Treatment Mask: This mask left my face feeling really soft and smooth - years ago when I used one my skin had a really beautiful radiance the next day but, this time around unfortunately I was sick the next day so I wasn't looking all that cute.A'Pieu Chocolate Milk Air Pocket Sheet: This was alright, it's nicely hydrating and leaves my skin feeling smooth but I wish it smelled like chocolate.
A'Pieu Strawberry Milk Air Pocket Sheet: This, on the other hand, smells like an absolute dream. Like real strawberries blended in with milk. So good! It left my skin feeling very soft and smooth with a nice glow. This is definitely one I'd like to get again.
A'Pieu Banana Milk Air Pocket Sheet Mask: This mask left my skin feeling very hydrated and smooth - I really like that it smells like a banana milkshake too.
A'Pieu Banana Milk Air Pocket Sheet Mask: This mask left my skin feeling very hydrated and smooth - I really like that it smells like a banana milkshake too.
Etude House Snail Air Mask: This mask is super hydrating and stayed wet even though I wore it for like 40 minutes - it left my skin feeling like butter.
Etude House Damask Rose Air Mask: This is a nice lightly hydrating mask.
Etude House Cherry Blossom Air Mask: This mask has a nice cherry blossom scent and leaves my skin feeling like butter yet is very lightweight. I love how it hydrates deeply without feeling thick or heavy.
Etude House Lemon Air Mask: I'll be honest that because I'd been sick and blowing my nose this really stung at where my skin was a little raw - that said, it left my skin feeling very smooth and hydrated.
Etude House Manuka Honey Air Mask: This mask left my skin feeling really soft and smooth.
Etude House Camellia Air Mask: This mask is incredibly hydrating, it left my skin feeling very soft and restored.
Etude House Ceramide Air Mask: This mask has a really nice hydration aspect to it as well whilst being relatively lightweight - it really calmed my skin down a bit in terms of where I had rough patches from the nose-blowing while also leaving my skin feeling hydrated and smooth.
Etude House Artemisia Air Mask: This mask has an intense earthy herbal scent that I am just not a fan of. I do find that it left my skin feeling silky but I wouldn't go for it again.
Etude House Tea Tree Air Mask: Given that this mask has an intense scent - of tea tree - which I personally do not enjoy and I don't have oily skin, I will not be purchasing this mask again. That said, it left my skin feeling very smooth and soft without being heavy or oily.
2. Andrea Strip Lashes in 33: I'm genuinely unsure why I continue to purchase this lash style when I really don't like it on myself - I think because they look so full and voluminous in the packaging. Unfortunately on my eyes I think they look too heavy - especially because they have the tendency to lift off the inner corner of the eyes and make me look cross-eyed or like my eyes are lazy. :/

3. wet n wild In Love With Coco Photo Focus 3-in-1 Primer Water: This is alright and I like how lightweight it is yet the mist makes you feel really hydrated. That said the coconut scent on this is kind of oddly musky and a bit cloying which I am not a fan of.
4. Kiehl's Creme de Corps: I know this is a cult favorite product but I just wish it did a better job of hydrating my skin - it's very lightweight.
5. Eau Thermale Avene Skin Recovery Cream: Unfortunately this broke me out even though its texture wasn't super heavy.
6. Bumble & Bumble Hairdresser's Invisible Oil Shampoo: I really liked this shampoo because it gave me hydration without weighing down my hair.
7. REN Moroccan Rose Otto Body Wash: This body wash was alright and had a light floral rose scent. I wouldn't go out of my way to pay for it but it was nice while I had it.
8. Tree Hut Shea Sugar Scrub in Lychee & Plum: As we all know these are my favorite body scrubs - really grainy and super exfoliating.
9. Moroccanoil Moroccanoil Treatment: I really liked this because while it was a hydrating oil it wasn't heavy and didn't weight my hair down at all.
10. Bumble & Bumble Hairdresser's Invisible Oil Primer: I love this stuff so much! It's a great spray when you get out of the shower to act as a very light leave-in conditioner, it helps hydrate and smooth the hair, prevent fly-aways and frizz, and is great to spray in your ends whether your hair is wet or dry to help with hydration. Plus it smells great!
11. I'm from Vitamin Tree Water-Gel: I was sent this as a sample with my YesStyle order and I liked how lightweight it was but it is very much like water and I feel like it didn't hydrate my skin enough.
12. Bath & Body Works Hot Cocoa & Cream Scented Candle: I was so sad for this to come to an end because it smells so cozy, warm, and delicious!
13. Bath & Body Works Salted Butterscotch Scented Candle: This was a really sweet butterscotch scent, I can kind of take it or leave it.
14. Bath & Body Works Pumpkin Pecan Brittle Scented Candle: This was also a very sweet scent that felt a bit cloying before the weather cooled down.
15.Bath & Body Works Peach Bellini Scented Candle: One of my favorites any time of year, sweet, delicious, lightweight, just a tad bit fizzy. Yum!
16.Bath & Body Works Wildflower Meadow Scented Candle: Another one that I really enjoy - this candle smells like springtime to me.
17. Bath & Body Works Rose Scented Candle: This is a very, very soft rose scent. I like it but I wish it was more intense.
18. Bath & Body Works Georgia Peach Scented Candle: This reminds me of Market Peach from years ago - I really like its nostalgia factor and I like the way it smells but I wish it was a tad bit more peach flesh and less peach skin.
18. Bath & Body Works Georgia Peach Scented Candle: This reminds me of Market Peach from years ago - I really like its nostalgia factor and I like the way it smells but I wish it was a tad bit more peach flesh and less peach skin.
19. Innisfree Auto Eyebrow Pencil: Alright this pencil somehow lasted me FOREVER - 6 months - which is very long for a brow pencil. I'm unsure why but when I first started using it, it didn't really stay on well but that issue was resolved within like a week or so of use. It was pretty good for $4 but overall I prefer the softer look of using a powder.
20. Bath & Body Works Shellebrate Anti-Bacterial Hand Gel: This is a really nice mango-scented hand sanitizer.
21. Trader Joe's Oatmeal & Honey Soap (1 bar): This is nice because it really smells like oatmeal and honey and leaves my skin feeling really soft. It does a nice job of foaming up and washing my skin as well.
22. Bath & Body Works Caramel Pumpkin Swirl: With the discontinuation (how dare they!) of the beloved Pumpkin Caramel Latte several years ago I've been looking for a dupe and this comes pretty close... without the latte aspect. It has a sweet, caramel-y scent to it with a cookie note. Very sweet and cozy.
23. Ardell Demi Wispies in Plum: I love the demi wispy lashes because they walk the line between being natural-looking yet slightly dramatic, are very easy to put on, and for the most part don't even need to be trimmed. The plum color in these is super fun too - they were fun to pair with colorful eyeshadow - especially green because it made the plum in them pop - and just in general because people would come up to me and ask if my lashes were purple. I got lots of compliments on them too.
24. Dove Sensitive Skin Nourishing Body Wash: This really came in handy for several reasons - because it's getting colder, and therefore drier, this does a wonderful job of being a moisturizing alternative to a shave gel - which is mainly what I used it for. I also like this because it's hypoallergenic and has no fragrances, alcohol, or soap but is, as I mentioned, hydrating which helped take the itch out. This time around it wasn't because of my tattoo, but because of my eczema flaring up, that this gets brownie points.
25. Viral Hybrid Colorditioner with BondFix in Turquoise: Now that my hair is blue this conditioner was, by far, a life-saver. People would constantly ask me if I had my color touched up because this just made it last so long. It keeps the blue/teal from fading or lightening, which I really appreciate, the only real clue that I need a touch-up at this point is my roots. It's not the most hydrating conditioner in terms of leaving my hair feeling slick and silky but given how well it keeps my color in place I cannot complain. Worth every penny!
26. Tree Hut Bare Shave Prep Sugar Scrub: You folks know, I love these scrubs so when I saw something new I was excited to try this out. Now, in comparison with the jar scrubs, this is a little... less great. It's not quite as scrubby and overall I wasn't loving the squeezy tube. This might be good if I wanted to take a scrub somewhere traveling but overall it'll be a skip going forward because it costs the same as the jars and has less product. On the plus side though, this smells really nice.
27. Heroine Bath Bomb by Detox: I bought a few of these ages ago at DragCon and have gotten around to using them in my footbaths because the bathroom has been a bit... unpleasant... to take actual baths in lately. This has a scent that's dark and heady which I don't normally love... but I liked it in this bath bomb. It leaves my skin feeling soft, hydrated, and smooth.
28. Christophe Robin Volumizing Conditioner with Rose Extracts: This conditioner is nice in the sense that it hydrated but wasn't very heavy which is key to creating volume in hair as fine as mine. It has a rather floral, clean, rosy scent. Overall I liked it alright but I wouldn't go out of my way to purchase it.
29. Etude House Play Therapy Sleeping Mask in Firming Up: I feel like this mask took me forever to get through and honestly I have to say I'm surprised that in my initial review of it, I wrote that it was very rich and thick, because overall I found it to be pretty lightweight so I'm unsure if my skin's changed or it thinned out over time.
30. Trader Joe's Rose Gel Mask: This is a nice, refreshing, hydrating, and skin-smoothing mask that has a light floral rose scent. I enjoyed using it and am a bit sad that it's gone.
31. L'Oreal Infallible Full-Wear More Than Concealer in 325 Eggshell: Color-wise this was a really good match for me and I felt that, overall this concealer goes on and blends easily but because it's so full-coverage it tends to look cake-y and heavy on the under-eye area. I will not be repurchasing it.
32. Garnier Whole Blends Nourishing Mask in Avocado Oil and Shea Butter: Having tried all these hydrating masks from Garnier I can really understand why they left the honey one on the shelves and the rest seem to have disappeared. They're all fairly similar but honey is my favorite in the way it smells and hydrates the hair. That aside, this is a really nice thick hair mask that leaves the hair feeling smooth, hydrated, and silky.
33. fresh Rose Deep Hydration Sleeping Mask: I found the two-step portion of the mask to be both interesting and annoying. I know the 12-14 step skincare routines are popular in Korea and continue to have and gain popularity in the US market. BUT... I just want to slap on a sleeping mask and go to sleep at the end of the night, I'm tired. In terms of efficacy, the gel side gives a nice "splash" of hydration and feels refreshing on the skin, the cream side feels deeply hydrating without being overly heavy. It has fresh's signature rose scent which I can only describe as reminding me of rose petal jam specifically.
34. R+Co Television Perfect Hair Masque: I found this to be a really hydrating hair mask; it left my hair feeling replenished, smooth, and silky. Overall I don't think it produced any effects greater than other hair masks I've used but it was nice.
35. m-61 Vitablast C Body Butter: Are you folks ready for me to tell you that this hydrates great except the soles of my feet? Because here I am with that info. I feel like this, although being called a "body butter" is a product well-suited for the summertime because it has a texture that's creamy but almost with a hint of being gel-like. In terms of it boosting radiance... I can't speak to that, I used it on my legs and I don't really get ashy there... I just get dryness from shaving. It does leave my legs feeling silky smooth though. It also has a marvelous citrusy scent.
36. Ardell Fashion Lashes in 115: I found these lashes to be rather fun because they're so gigantic, especially given that Ardell doesn't really have much craziness with their lash selection, at least where their core line is concerned. That said, because they're so large, I don't necessarily think they're practical for daily wear. Due to their size they tend to kind of mask the eye makeup that's been done.
37. Indie Lee Sleep Body Wash: Very ironically I'd use this in the morning because I'm a morning shower-er. This has a lovely lavender scent and left my skin feeling soft and silky.
38. Chantecaille Lip Chic Lip Color in Tea Rose: This shade is a lovely plumy pink that is hydrating and looks beautiful on the lips. That said, I find that this wears off within an hour of having it on and, given its high price point, I would not consider purchasing it in a full size.
Disclaimer: I purchased all of the above with the exception of the Khiel's, Eau Thermale Avene, Bumble & Bumble, REN, Moroccanoil, Christophe Robin, m-61, fresh, R+Co, Indie Lee, Chantecaille, and I'm from products.
22.
