Today's review will be for the dermalogica Intensive Moisture Balance






AvailabilityThis retails at $45 for 1.7 fl. oz. (50 mL) or $74 for 3.4 fl. oz. (100 mL)  and can be purchased at  bluemercury.com, sephora.com, and ulta.com along with their physical store locations. It is also available via dermalogica.com and dermstore.com.

Would I buy this?: I'm unsure.

Stearic Acid: Protects skin against moisture loss and assists in protecting the skin's moisture barrier.
Hyaluronic Acid: Attracts, and holds, moisture from the atmosphere into the skin.
Chlorella Vulgaris Extract: Minimizes redness.
Ceramides: Locks moisture in the skin, help protect the skin's moisture barrier.
Centella Asiatica Extract: Has anti-oxidant properties.
Linoleic Acid:  Locks moisture in the skin, help protect the skin's moisture barrier.
Echanacia Purpurea Extract: Has anti-inflammatory properties.
Aloe Barbedenis  Extract: Contains Vitamins C and E, which both have anti-oxidant properties, and has anti-inflammatory properties.
Rosa Centifolia Flower Extract: Has astringent properties - helps to cool, soothe and depuff skin; has anti-inflammatory properties, helps hydrate the skin.

What is the texture like?
It has what a would describe to be a "typical" moisturizer feel - neither thick nor thin, goes in with a slightly cooling sensation.

Is it scented?
This has that "unscented" type of scent to it.

My overall experience/comments on the product:
This has a nice texture to it that doesn't feel too heavy and I like the way it leaves my skin feeling. It hydrates nicely without being sticky. That said I've only used this a handful of times so if you'd like me to use it more regularly and come back with perhaps a more thorough review please let me know and I'll be happy to oblige.
