This has a very faint, fermented, beer-like scent that, frankly, I only notice if I'm smelling the applicator directly.
What has my experience with the product been like?
You may remember that in my review of the matte version, I said this same shade in it was too light for me. Well, in this hydrating version it's pretty much a spot-on match. I'm unsure how I feel about it because I love that it's full-coverage, that a little goes a long way, and it has a healthy looking radiant finish. That said, I feel like it's very easy to go overboard with this concealer due to its high pigment load and that leads to a very cakey looking finish. I almost feel like this would do best blended out with a fluffy brush or a sponge to sort of blend yet sheer it out simultaneously and should be applied like watercolors - meaning in thin, light layers until the desired coverage is achieved, which frankly wouldn't take long due to its high pigment load.
What do I use to apply the product?
I apply this with my memebox Artis dupe brush and my ring finger.
I feel like this review is as thorough as it gets but please let me know if you have any questions or comments.
Disclaimer: I purchased this myself.
