Lorac SummerGLO Eyeshadow Palette Review

Today's review will be on the Lorac SummerGLO Eyeshadow Palette. Can we talk about how up my alley this color palette is? Yes? Like, what a welcome relief from all the neutrals I've been reviewing lately. I love how this has a great balance of both fun and neutral colors so it's good for someone like myself who likes to wear both. Honestly between this and the AfterGLO I think that this is the better quality of the two.
AvailabilityThis appears to have been discontinued.
Would I buy this again? I'm not entirely sure if I'd buy it for myself if it wasn't on sale - not to say the quality or value are bad - they're great actually BUT I just have so many similar colors in my arsenal that when this originally launched for summer 2014 I considered it but decided against it. I would absolutely buy it as a gift for someone though.
NotesSo I'm reading a lot of reviews where people said these have great pigmentation when used wet. I didn't know you could use them wet (without ruining the shadow/creating a crust) so I haven't used them that way. Used dry, some of these have a great pigmentation while a few are lacking. I'll try and make comments below per each individual shadow.
A soft satiny tan/sand shade that would work fantastic as a transition color, well-pigmented, smooth texture, matte satin finish.
A soft coral pink with a white pearl, well pigmented, soft texture, satin finish.
A magenta with a blue pearl, needs to be layered to get good pigmentation, texture is smooth, frosty finish. This one is disappointing because it looks like it'd be well-pigmented and it isn't.
A gorgeous turquoise blue with a white pearl, another one that needs layering to achieve ideal pigmentation, soft texture, frosted finish. I wish it was more pigmented gosh darn it, it would be so pretty.
A soft gold, decent pigmentation (softer than the pan color would lead you to believe), smooth texture, frosted finish.
A copper brown with white micro-glitter, pigmentation is OK but could be better, frosted finish.
A more intense turquoise, well-pigmented, smooth texture, frosted finish.
A deep chocolate brown, OK pigmentation, smooth texture, matte finish.
Though it looks matte in the palette, this is a satiny off-white with just a hint of a sheen, well-pigmented, smooth texture, satiny finish.
A soft off-white-gold highlight shade - would be gorgeous on the face also, well-pigmented, smooth texture, satin-frost finish.

Please let me know if you have any questions or comments.

DisclaimerI paid for this myself.
