My overall experience/comments on the product:
I honestly didn't buy this product because I heard anyone raving about it, but because y'all know from my past reviews that I love a glowy primer. I really do find that they improve the coverage of my foundation versus using nothing. This gives my skin a really pretty glow, a lit-from-within effect with foundation over it. I'm sure it would make a pretty sheer cream highlight if you wanted to use it for that as well. This particular shade is a fleshy pink-tone that blends out fairly sheer. I would say it's not really like a tinted moisturizer because, while it gives the skin a glow with a tint to it, the tint itself is so sheer that you won't get ANY coverage with it outside of the glow itself versus flesh-toned products called "skin tints" or "tinted moisturizers" that tend to have light to medium, buildable, flesh-toned coverage.

Please let me know if you have any questions or comments.

DisclaimerI purchased this myself.
