Does it contain any special/beneficial ingredients?
According to sephora.com:
Rosewater: Soothes and tones the skin

What is the texture like?
This feels pretty watery, hydrating and is refreshing when applied.

Is this scented?
This has a cucumber-y herbal rose scent.

What has my experience with the product been like?
Honestly this doesn't do much, it feels refreshing when it's sprayed on but so do other toners that come in spray bottles. I didn't find that this did anything for my redness and I personally prefer a sweet rose scent that's pure rose.
